Job Summary

As a Sales Manager at AccorHotel, you will be responsible for managing products and relationships with customer contacts for the sale of our products. You will determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts and look for ways to increase sales. Your role will involve visiting all accounts from the portfolio depending on the category, assessing the portfolio for Inbound/Outbound potential to ensure fair market share, and evaluating all competitors' activities such as new launches and price reductions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage products and relationships with customer contacts for the sale of our products.
- Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts and look for ways to increase sales.
- Visit all accounts from the portfolio depending on the category.
- Assess the portfolio for Inbound/Outbound potential to ensure fair market share.
- Evaluate all competitors' activities such as new launches and price reductions.

Requirements

- Masters or equivalent degree in Business Administration & Sales.
- 10+ years of work experience with minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.
- Proven track record of results.
- Experience with CRM management.
- Understand revenue maximization tools.
- Assertive professional and positive with a proven ability to develop and lead in a team environment.
