Established as a leading international firm with a network of studios across Europe, Latin America and Asia, this renowned organization is seeking a Senior Project Architect to join its founding core team in Mumbai.

With a strong track record of delivering commercial, workplace, hospitality, retail, logistics and data centers projects, the practice combines technical expertise, creative innovation and global collaboration to deliver design excellence worldwide.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of project oversight, organization and client coordination, ensuring delivery to the firm's global quality standards. As an architectural lead on projects, you will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day client project contact and overseeing all aspects of technical service delivery throughout the end-to-end project duration.

About the Role

In addition, you will undertake the preparation, maintenance and monitoring of the project design programme, communicating resource needs and mentoring junior architects.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in architectural practice, with leadership in delivery essential. International or global firm experience is highly valued, as is data centre, retail or hospitality project exposure.

This is a full-time, on-site position with a 5-day work week. The compensation package includes best-in-industry compensation, discretionary bonus and opportunities to travel to UK/Europe offices.

What You'll Do
  • Drive and manage the technical delivery of all prestigious architectural projects
  • Take ownership of project oversight, organization and client coordination
  • Ensure delivery to the firm's global quality standards
  • Act as our architectural lead on projects, maintaining day-to-day client project contact
  • Undertake the preparation, maintenance and monitoring of the project design programme
  • Communicate resource needs and mentor junior architects

This role requires a strong understanding of architectural principles and practices, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team.
