Job Opportunity: Lead Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced architect to lead our design teams, manage client relationships, and oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept development to construction administration.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the architectural design process from conceptualisation to construction documentation, ensuring seamless integration with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
  • Develop innovative and functional design solutions that meet project requirements and exceed client expectations, driving business growth through exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to understand project goals, objectives, and constraints, fostering strong relationships built on trust and open communication.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and quality standards, streamlining processes for enhanced productivity.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to integrate architectural designs with other project elements, promoting a cohesive and efficient workflow.
  • Conduct regular project meetings, site visits, and inspections to monitor progress, resolve any design or construction issues, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Prepare and review construction documents, including architectural drawings, specifications, and material selections, guaranteeing accuracy and attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, with a strong foundation in design principles and project management methodologies.
  • 8+ years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and driving business success.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end redevelopment projects, with expertise in navigating complex project environments and achieving desired outcomes.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, and Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong understanding of design software and tools.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of project types and scales, showcasing creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
