Senior Architect Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect to lead our international projects, providing exceptional leadership and expertise in architectural team management.

About the Role:

  • Oversee multiple architectural projects from design through construction, collaborating with international client firms.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of project requirements, construction methods, and detailing standards.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues and conflicts, ensuring timely project execution.
  • Strategize project plans, task assignments, effort estimation, and team management, promoting efficiency and productivity.
  • Address daily queries related to architecture and BIM, maintaining smooth project workflows and stakeholder satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage teams on international projects, leveraging your expertise in architectural collaboration services.
  • Provide expert guidance on project requirements, construction, and detailing, ensuring compliance with international codes and standards.
  • Maintain proactive and clear communication with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Focus on continuous team development, assessing capabilities, leveraging strengths, and providing targeted training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Actively contribute to our performance management initiatives, driving business growth and excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing projects in India from design through construction, with a strong track record of success.
  • Familiarity with US building codes, construction practices, and industry standards is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional client management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Highly organized, with a structured, process-oriented approach to project management.
