Project Lead Position

This is a critical leadership role in our organization where you will be responsible for overseeing various projects and ensuring their timely completion. The project lead will work closely with the project manager, director, and other team members to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pass on knowledge and expertise to junior staff members.
  • Inform project manager and director of any changes in project scope or schedule.
  • Delegate tasks and provide direction to junior staff.
  • Lead the production team in creating, assembling, and issuing client deliverables using CAD, Revit, MicroStation, Sketchup, or other mediums.
  • Provide corrections, revisions, redline changes, and comments to junior staff.
  • Coordinate work between staff and consultants.
  • Revise drawings per RFIs, bulletins, and addendums. Issue documents for bids and permits.
  • Perform job site visits to review construction progress, prepare, and issue field reports.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support project manager in developing proposals, budgets, and bids, as well as construction administration services.
  • Conduct site surveys.
  • Demonstrate understanding of how daily activities impact the organization.
  • Pursue IDP completion and professional licensure or certification actively.
  • Analyze local codes and bye-laws.
  • Assist project managers in presentations for India projects over time.
Qualifications:
  • 15-18 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • Proficient in CAD and Revit.
