Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned senior architect with 8-10 years of experience in architectural and interior design to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Leadership: Lead the creation of detailed architectural models, drawings, and presentations that showcase expertise in conceptualizing and executing design solutions.
  • Strategic Design Thinking: Spearhead design-thinking initiatives that infuse creativity and innovation into architectural projects while surpassing traditional drafting methods.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Take charge of planning and developing design concepts that integrate artistic and creative elements into construction projects.
  • Working Drawings Expertise: Execute Working Drawings with precision, ensuring project compliance and design integrity.
  • Rendering Mastery: Showcase advanced rendering skills to enhance project visualizations and presentations, elevating the design narrative.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in architectural and interior design, with a strong emphasis on design-focused roles.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop, demonstrating the ability to translate complex design concepts into tangible representations.
  • Excellent creative, organizational, and presentation skills to effectively communicate design visions and strategies.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in additional design and rendering software/tools.
  • Proven experience in leading design-focused architectural projects.
