Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Associate to support our team in delivering high-end residential and commercial projects. This role is ideal for architecture graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about design and eager to contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior architects in developing design concepts, drawings, and 3D visualizations.
  • Prepare and draft architectural plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD software.
  • Create 3D models and renderings using SketchUp software.
  • Support project teams in preparing presentations, material boards, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors as guided by senior architects.
  • Conduct site visits to support project execution and gather practical exposure.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 0–2 years of professional experience in architectural design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and knowledge of Revit/Adobe Suite is beneficial.
  • Strong design sense, creativity, and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
