Architectural Designer

This position operates in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment with requisite architectural experience in design and development of residential, commercial, mixed-use and township projects.

Total Years (Band) :20 + years of work experience.

Years (Relevant) :At least 12 to 15 years of experience in Architectural Design

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Project Development Teams and provide project-specific best design practices throughout the project lifecycle. Proven leadership in delivering large-scale real estate design projects.
• Gain insight into all costs associated with the horizontal and vertical development process, including land cost, site development costs, design costs and building construction costs including fixtures, furnishings, and equipment. Provide value engineering inputs during masterplan feasibility according to the development strategy to implement top-notch design strategies for residential projects, commercial projects, and township projects.
• Lead conceptual and detailed design plan for various aspects of the residential project such as facade design, landscaping, interior architecture, etc. according to project vision/goals/inputs received from various stakeholders.
• Identification, closure, and zoning of suitable construction sites. Assists in the preparation and review of development budgets, construction costs, operational modelling and forecasting, architectural plans and specifications.
• Develop design and development plan for the projects to create the desired impact on the market segment and monetize the land asset in the best possible manner.
• Modelling of various design options based on financial (NPV/IRR)/market (customer demand, trends) functions, commercial feasibility, and evaluation of various designs for the project.
• Design and integration of land uses, facilities and services, comprehensive territory planning, development mandates, availability of public services, environmental mitigation, authorization processes and maintenance of all relevant documents and certificates from all relevant institutions are updated.
• Select from a wide variety of designers, experts and architectural consultants and use their expertise for your project. Specializations include master planning, civil engineering, transportation engineering, environmental engineering, soil engineering, structural engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, interior design, landscape architecture, and Interior design.
• Monitoring and follow-up of project development deadlines.
• Provide oversight and leadership to internal and third-party construction teams and external contractors to execute design and development strategies during the construction phases in accordance with the project vision.
• Oversees the development process as it relates to design projects. Oversee project development/construction to ensure design inputs/master plan/other guidelines are implemented to achieve project vision on site.
• Provide ongoing on-site and off-site inspection and support during construction and ensure construction quality meets project design parameters.
• Lead research on market and global design trends and identify appropriate design initiatives for current and future projects in line with Adani Realty vision/strategy. Monitor, evaluate and achieve design firm performance considering quality, delivery, cost and other criteria.
