Project Lead Job

Our team is looking for a skilled and experienced Project Lead to take on a leadership role in our studio.

  • Lead and guide a team of architects/senior architects on projects from concept design to handover

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. We offer a competitive salary and opportunities for professional growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the design and delivery of projects in various settings
  • Ensure project alignment with client goals and strive for excellence in design
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to develop design concepts and bring them to life
  • Lead communication between project teams, clients, contractors, and consultants

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture; master's degree preferred
  • Extensive portfolio of work in real estate and corporate campuses
  • Demonstrable experience in large projects
  • Experience in leading, managing, and mentoring project teams

Qualifications:

  • Strong creative and visualization skills
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills
