  • Maintain accurate customer records, documenting interactions and updates on debt status.
  • Identify and investigate defaulting accounts, collaborating with internal teams to develop remedial strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior management to accelerate the collection process, including asset repossession and legal support when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Graduate degree; Master's or Postgraduate qualifications not required but preferred.
