Job Title: Senior Project Finance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead project financing activities for solar projects.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial structuring, project evaluation, and fundraising for renewable energy projects.

  • Lead project financing activities for solar projects including Open Access, Rooftop, and Utility-scale.
  • Develop detailed financial models including IRR, DSCR, payback period, and sensitivity analysis.
  • Manage end-to-end debt raising process from preparing DPRs and loan applications to negotiations and disbursement.
  • Liaise with banks, investors, and credit rating agencies to secure project financing.
  • Review and negotiate term sheets, loan agreements, and financial covenants.
Qualifications & Skills
  • MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA with strong financial background.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in project finance preferably in the renewable energy / power / infrastructure sector.
  • Proven track record in debt raising, project financing, and financial closures.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, credit appraisal, and risk analysis.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
