Accounts Receivable (AR) Professional

We're seeking an experienced AR professional to handle complex calling activities, focusing on resolving patient billing inquiries and addressing denied claims. If you have expertise in US Healthcare RCM, AR Calling, Denial Management, and AR Analysis, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Accounts Receivable calling activities with a focus on resolving patient billing inquiries and addressing denied claims.
  • Analyze and resolve account discrepancies to improve cash flow and minimize bad debt.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, providers, and payers to ensure timely payment of medical services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in AR Calling (US Healthcare – mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Denial Management & AR Analysis.
  • Ability to work effectively in night shifts.
