Aerial Data Collection Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operate drones equipped with advanced cameras to capture images/videos of poles, transformers, and other assigned infrastructure.
  • Ensure timely submission of captured files and maintain accuracy in data collection.
  • Maintain drones, batteries, and related equipment in optimal working condition.
  • Collaborate with field teams to identify areas requiring drone-based mapping.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a drone operator or equivalent knowledge of drone handling.
  • Valid drone flying license/Remote Pilot Certificate (if required by regulations).
  • Familiarity with drone hardware, batteries, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to capture clear, precise images.
  • Ability to work effectively in field locations and travel as per project requirements.
  • Familiarity with computer systems (laptops) and software applications used in data analysis.
