About the Role

As a highly skilled Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning and analyzing complex data sets from various sources within an organization. This role requires a strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, clean and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns and areas for process improvements.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Develop clear and concise reports, dashboards and visualizations to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and deliver tailored analyses.
  • Data Integrity and Governance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity and adherence to organizational data governance policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics or a related field (minimum requirement).
  • Experience: 3+ years of working experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Python programming language and data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy and matplotlib; strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases; expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar; familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and machine learning concepts.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
