Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.

Your primary responsibility will be to perform regression testing to ensure that new changes do not impact existing functionality. You will also design, maintain, and execute detailed test cases scripts and validation checks aligned with business and technical requirements.

Additionally, you will conduct data validation, reconciliation, and analysis across multiple systems and sources. You will use SQL, Python, and Excel to perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting.

You will collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues. You will also document, track, and manage defects using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution.

As a Data Analyst, you will continuously improve testing processes, frameworks, and automation opportunities. You will support test planning, strategy, and execution within Agile and Waterfall environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Data Analyst, you must have proven experience in regression testing with strong defect identification and troubleshooting skills.

You should have strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and advanced Excel for data validation and analysis. Experience working with JIRA or similar defect tracking tools is also required.

You should have a strong knowledge of SDLC testing methodologies and best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
