Financial Leadership Role

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial control and reporting, with experience in overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of the General Ledger (GL) and all financial transactions.
  • Monitor internal controls and compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and audit requirements.

The role also involves leading the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to deliver financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Develop and monitor annual budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency and optimization.

In addition, the successful candidate will support long-term financial planning and investment analysis, and provide in-depth analysis of financial performance including variance analysis, cost analysis, and profitability analysis.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • CA with 8-15 years of relevant experience in Real Estate industry
  • Deep expertise in fundraising, Joint Development Agreements (JDA), statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits, with strong contractor and vendor management capabilities
  • Proficient in project monitoring, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecasting
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
