Chief Financial Officer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced financial leader to oversee the management of our company's finances.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Strategy:
    • Develop and implement financial plans aligned with business objectives.
    • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
    • Provide valuable insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
  • Accounts and Financial Reporting:
    • Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
    • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Implement best practices in financial reporting aligned with relevant accounting standards.
    • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and ensure accuracy in financial MIS reports.
  • Audit and Compliance:
    • Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits from start to finish, ensuring timely closure.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Establish and maintain strong internal controls to mitigate risks.
    • Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Taxation and Regulatory:
    • Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, filings, and assessments.
    • Ensure timely payment of taxes and adherence to statutory deadlines.
    • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and implement necessary process updates.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
    • Professional accounting designation as a Certified Accountant
    • 10+ years of experience at a senior level financial managerial position in a similar industry
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Results-driven, strategic thinker, and planner
