Senior Membership Operations Coordinator

As a senior member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless membership compliance and supporting the growth of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Verify and process applications for change in director details, shareholding patterns, constitution, and member entity name changes with utmost care.
- Maintain accurate records, update control sheets, and follow up with members via mail and phone calls to ensure timely responses.
- Hold a degree in Business Administration or a related field from a reputable institution.
- Possess 3-4 years of experience in securities, capital markets, financial services, mutual funds, or insurance companies.
- Demonstrate proactive, result-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Show proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel, and demonstrate a preference for advanced spreadsheet skills.
