Contract Management Specialist Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and compliant execution of contracts.

Your primary focus will be on contract lifecycle management, including drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts. You will work closely with business teams to maintain a robust repository and support organizational efficiency and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and Reviewing Contracts:
  • Draft, review, and vet commercial contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Timely Execution:
  • Facilitate timely execution of contracts, coordinating necessary approvals and documentation.
  • Contract Lifecycle Management:
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Repository Management:
  • Maintain and track an organized contract repository for accurate records and easy accessibility.
Requirements:
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years in contract management, legal drafting, or corporate legal advisory (non-litigation).
  • Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with e-commerce laws, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.
