Contract Management Internship Opportunity

We are seeking an intern to join our legal team and assist with contract management tasks. As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting our team with:

  • Contract abstraction and review.
  • Drafting basic legal documents like amendments and reviewing basic agreements like NDAs.
  • Record keeping and organization of contracts.
  • Tracking and managing existing contracts for our existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in reviewing and abstracting contracts to extract key terms and clauses.
  • Draft basic documents like amendments and review legal documents like NDAs under the supervision of the senior team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts.
  • Track and manage existing contracts for renewal or amendment.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the legal team.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a law degree program (LL.B. or equivalent).
  • Basic understanding of contract law and legal principles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
