About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Pilates Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating a safe and welcoming environment for clients of all abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct verbal screenings to ensure client safety and provide guidance on next steps if necessary.
  • Promote the benefits of Pilates and overall health through exercise.
  • Teach Pilates classes ranging from 45 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes in length.
  • Offer one-on-one or small group Pilates sessions, focusing on individualized attention and designing programs based on client posture and ability.
  • Create a warm and inviting atmosphere, putting clients at ease.
  • Ensure the classroom is safe and report any potential hazards.
  • Foster engagement and retention among class participants by understanding their goals and building rapport.
  • Accommodate varying needs within a class, offering adaptations, progressions, and modifications as needed.
  • Provide variety in classes, incorporating different Pilates methods and equipment.
Requirements:
  1. Experience teaching Pilates to clients of diverse abilities.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
