Job Title: Quantitative Research Expert

We are seeking a talented Senior Quantitative Researcher to drive innovation in next-generation trading systems. As a key team member, you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge quantitative trading strategies and models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, refine, and enhance proprietary trading strategies using advanced platforms.
  • Work with extensive financial datasets to uncover insights and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with traders and engineers to maximize strategy efficiency and execution.
  • Develop predictive models for market movements.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior researchers and interns.

Ideal Background:

  • 2–5 years of experience in quantitative research or similar domains.
  • Strong coding expertise, preferably in C++ or C.
  • Proficiency with Linux, Python, and scripting tools.
  • Academic credentials in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering from a leading institution.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exposure to high-frequency trading or startup environments is advantageous.
  • Motivated, intellectually curious, and collaborative in nature.
