Job Title: Middleware Solution Developer

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced middleware solution developer to design and develop high-performance applications using Tibco Business Works Container Edition (BWCE) and BW 6.X tools.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise middleware solutions with reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Tibco BWCE/BW 6.x applications with reliability.
  • Integrate Tibco BWCE/BW 6.X with various databases and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Create and manage Tibco BWCE/BW 6.X processes, including error handling and logging for efficient troubleshooting.
  • Conduct unit testing and support integration testing efforts to ensure application stability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tibco BWCE and BW 6.X applications, minimizing downtime.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members on middleware solutions.
  • Awareness of deployment in containerized environments and basic knowledge of Kubernetes commands is a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology (B.E/B.Tech.) in IT, CS, E&CE, or MCA.
  • Experience with Tibco ActiveSpace, Tibco FTL, and Tibco Mashery is desirable.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace is a plus.
