About the Job:
We are seeking a seasoned ASIC engineer to fill a critical position in our organization. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex test plans for various semiconductor products.
- Create and implement comprehensive test strategies to ensure high-quality output.
- Design and develop automatic test pattern generation scripts using industry-standard tools.
- Develop boundary scan tests according to BSDL and IEEE standards.
- Conduct thorough stress testing, including high-voltage and very low voltage testing, as well as temperature characterization.
- Analyze results, identify issues, and provide detailed reports.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in ASIC design, verification, or testing. You should be proficient in programming languages such as C, Python, or Perl, and familiar with EDA tools like Cadence, Synopsys, or Mentor Graphics.
Bonus Skills:
If you have knowledge of communication protocols like CPRI or PCIe, or experience with SerDes testing and ADC/DAC analysis, that would be a significant advantage. Additionally, familiarity with ATPG, MBIST, and LBIST techniques, as well as understanding of SoC architecture and system-on-chip design, would make you an ideal candidate.
