We are seeking a skilled Cloud HCM Solution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of Cloud HCM projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

      Leverage your expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules to configure and implement solutions that meet business requirements.

      Collaborate with HR teams and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective system solutions.

    • ">

      Lead RFP responses and participate in the full lifecycle implementation of Cloud HCM.

    • ">

      Configure Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, Talent Management based on customer needs, and document application setups.

    • ">

      Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within HCM modules.

      ">">
    • ">

      Develop end-user documentation and training materials for Cloud HCM solutions.

      ">">
    • ">

      Ensure client satisfaction through effective collaboration with offshore and onshore teams.

    • ">

      Requirements:

        5-9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules (Payroll with any module combination).

      • ">

        Strong understanding of HR processes and ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

        Excellent presentation, communication, and teamwork skills.

      • ">

        Familiarity with Agile or Iterative development methodologies and experience with multi-cultural, geographically diverse teams.
