Cloud Technology Expert Wanted

Are you a seasoned professional in cloud computing with expertise in building scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions to support human resources processes in global organizations? We are seeking an experienced technical consultant with strong skills in designing, developing, and supporting integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop integrations for Core HR and other HCM modules.
  • Configure and manage reporting and integration flows to meet business requirements.
  • Build and customize data models, dashboards, bursting logic, and layout templates to support reporting needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across HCM tools to ensure business continuity.
Required Skills:
  • Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP): Custom reports, complex data models, bursting, and layouts.
  • Oracle Transactional BI: Real-time dashboards & analytics.
  • HCM Extracts: Data exchange and HR/recruiting monitoring.
  • Fast Formulas: Build, debug, and maintain HR formulas.
  • HDL (HCM Data Loader): Strong data load expertise.
  • APIs & Integration: Hands-on with REST/SOAP APIs and secure data frameworks.
