Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the Client's Human Capital Management (HCM) solution.

This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including payroll, core HR, absence management, talent management, time and labor, and benefits. The consultant will work closely with the client to configure and test the solution, providing product and implementation expertise.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading and supporting the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules
  • Delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions with extensive experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design
  • Developing functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions
  • Performing system testing: unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing
  • Providing expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Actively contributing to Oracle Fusion Cloud projects

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 8+ Years of proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on functional aspect
  • Hands-on experience for at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Oracle certifications are a plus
