Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our team in implementing and maintaining Oracle Cloud HCM Functional solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in functional areas of work with a minimum of 3 years in Oracle Cloud, specifically in Absence and OTL modules. Proficiency in Fast Formulas and an understanding of client requirements are essential for this role.

A strong background in project management, including estimation, proposal creation, and presentation skills is required. The candidate should be able to mentor and guide project teams while ensuring quality tracking and team feedback.

The role also involves coordinating with Oracle SMEs, managing scope and customer expectations, and following through on assignments.

Additional responsibilities include conducting training sessions, exhibiting effective analytical and organizational skills, and having good command over spoken and written English.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proficiency in Absence and OTL modules of Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Good understanding and work experience in Fast Formulas
  • Working experience of another module other than Absence and OTL
  • Identifying Gaps and proposing potential work arounds to the client
  • Estimation of work for Vanilla implementation and for Personalizations/work-arounds and Reports/integrations/enhancements needed
  • Client presentations and Demos for some modules
  • Proposal creation and responses to RFP with overall solution
  • Understanding the nuances of new releases and features to update clients on newer solutions and newer estimations
Requirements:
  • Ability to conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions in Fusion applications
  • Exhibit effective analytical skills & organizational skills
  • Good command over spoken & written English
  • Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments
