Job Description:

We seek a seasoned professional to lead cross-functional teams in planning, execution, and coordination of PAK implementations. As an expert in system integration, you will connect, enhance, and automate business processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure end-to-end planning and coordinated communication between scrum teams, squads, and shared teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Lead technical installations, track software versions, and configurations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring timely project commitments are met.
  • Remove impediments impacting cross-scrum and shared teams.
  • Drive process cadence and ceremonies across scrum and shared teams.
  • Plan feature and program integration reviews with stakeholders.
  • Protect teams from outside tasking and interact with scrum masters.
  • Serve as a communication liaison between scrum masters, shared teams, product managers, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a project manager or product engineer.
  • Demonstratable experience in big program implementations.
  • Agile product development with a strong focus on delivery.
  • Strong techno-functional skills combined with business/functional knowledge.
  • End-to-end understanding of Supply Chain processes.
  • Supporting stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Solid experience with system integration.
  • Expertise in business processes within Plan/Source/Make/Deliver.

Preferred Experience:

  • Managing projects using J&J SDLC.
  • 5+ years in large enterprise matrix organizations.
  • Certification in areas of expertise.
