Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead strategic and operational projects within our production unit. The ideal candidate will have a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to ensure on-time delivery, high quality, and clear communication with our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate projects from planning to execution
  • Manage project budgets, track costs, and optimize resource usage
  • Develop and maintain detailed daily, weekly, and monthly project schedules
  • Identify and evaluate project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve challenges proactively
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field
  • 8–10 years of experience in project management within an industrial setting, ideally in nutraceuticals, supplements, or food manufacturing
  • Proven ability to analyze data, manage project budgets, and optimize resource usage
  • Professional-level English communication and reporting skills (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualities:
  • Prior experience in the food, nutraceuticals, or supplement industry is a strong advantage
  • Experience coordinating with international teams is a plus
