With deep domain knowledge and solutions extending across insurance, retail, and corporate lending, Islamic Banking, anti-money laundering, and asset management, we are seeking a seasoned and hands-on Project Management professional to drive strategic project execution, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Lead and coordinate project governance across multiple ongoing initiatives, ensuring alignment between project execution and strategic goals.
  • Act as a key liaison between cross-functional teams including Product, Delivery, Business, Sales, and Client stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project health and delivery timelines, escalate bottlenecks, and work proactively with stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Provide data-driven insights and analysis through dashboards, reports, and presentations to senior leadership.
  • Identify, assess, and track project risks, ensuring timely escalation and mitigation planning.
  • Define and maintain standard project metrics and KPIs across teams.
  • Support resource allocation discussions and capacity planning in alignment with business goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery practices, tools, and communication.
