We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled individual to join our team in Idukki. The successful candidate will be responsible for installation, servicing, technical demonstrations, and spare parts support for the machines sold.

  • Carry out installation, servicing, and maintenance of machines at customer sites
  • Provide technical demonstrations and training to customers and dealers
  • Attend to service requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely solutions
  • Manage and support spare parts requirements and ensure proper stock availability
  • Maintain accurate service logs, customer reports, and spare part usage in digital platforms

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Electronics or a related technical field, with 1-4 years of experience in service technical support, preferably in machinery or equipment industry.

Key skills include fluency in English, good knowledge of digital tools, and analytical skills for reporting and problem-solving. Strong customer service orientation is also essential.

This is a full-time position that requires frequent travel across Idukki and nearby districts, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
