Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Idukki for a Territory Sales Manager. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within the assigned territory, identifying and nurturing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating training sessions for clients and team members. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions effectively
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or related field is a plus
  • Experience in the agricultural industry is an advantage
