Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled HRMS Administrator to join our team. As an HRMS Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HRMS solutions that meet business needs.

- Analyze and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

- Develop and maintain documentation for testing, support, and training purposes.

- Conduct testing and quality assurance for software upgrades and new features.

- Research and resolve HRMS-related problems and issues.

- Provide functional support for HR systems and serve as a liaison between HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT teams, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in HRMS administration, preferably with hands-on experience in Workday system administration.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas through oral and written communication.

- Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and provide clear explanations.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and results-oriented work habits.

- Proven track record of adapting quickly to change, with a willingness to learn and take initiative to improve processes and procedures.
