Job Description

As a seasoned HR professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact business solutions that align with the organization's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements through workshops, interviews, and surveys.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable functional specifications for system configuration, enhancements, or new functionality.
  • Develop and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Work closely with IT teams and external vendors to configure HRMS systems that meet evolving business needs.
  • Assist in testing and validation of system changes to ensure they meet business requirements and are free from errors.
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing system-related queries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis, particularly in HRMS or related HR technologies.
  • Strong understanding of core HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, performance management, benefits administration, and learning and development.
  • Experience with HRMS platforms, with a focus on business-side configuration and user experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work.
