Job Title - Senior Business Analyst

Location - Bangalore (Full-time, Hybrid)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support product development and analytics teams. You will work closely with clients, solve business problems, and help improve our SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with product and analytics teams to deliver solutions.
  • Understand client requirements and convert them into product features.
  • Perform root cause analysis and problem-solving.
  • Manage stakeholders and communicate effectively.
  • Use data (Python, SQL, Excel) to analyze and provide insights.

Mandatory Skills

  • 36 years of experience as Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
  • Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, and Excel.
  • Basic understanding of Statistics.

  • Good knowledge of Retail Demand & Fulfilment processes such as:

  • Inventory allocation & replenishment

  • Merchandising buying
  • Product attribution

  • Pricing, promotions, clearance activities

  • Strong communication (verbal & written) and stakeholder management.

  • Ability to solve problems under pressure and multitask.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with good academics.

Good to Have (Optional)

  • Knowledge of GitHub and API creation.
  • Experience in Database Management.
  • Prior experience working on a product-based company.
