Title: Senior Business Analyst (Video) Type: Permanent

We are currently seeking an energetic, ambitious, and motivated Business Analyst to join our team, considering Senior level role. We require someone with a background in the media / video/OTT industry , and experience working closely with cross-functional teams such as developers, designers, and test team members. This is a client facing role, so you will need to have excellent stakeholder manager skills, working with people remotely across the globe. Independently, gather, analyse, document, review, and track requirements and user stories

Undertake gap analysis and maintain gap list

Develop, review and document business processes

Facilitate and document business process reviews

Effectively communicate with business and technical stakeholders

Act as liaison between customer/business and technical teams

Support the Quality Assurance team to ensure high quality of deliveries

Required Experience:

~5+ years of experience in a similar BA role in software development or IT consulting environment

~ Demonstrate strong knowledge of the SDLC with good understanding of application development, systems, and design as well as business analysis and methodologies

~ Gherkin experience is must

~ Advanced level skills in MS Office

~ Be flexible, proactive, solution oriented and have strong relationship skills

~ Ability to learn quickly commercial and practical approach

~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to effectively tailor communications to a diverse range of business and technical stakeholders

~ Ability to work well under pressure to provide timely and accurate solutions to business opportunities and challenges

~ Tertiary qualification in IT or Computer Science
