Job Description

Our organization seeks a seasoned Information Systems Manager to oversee the development and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions. This role requires a strong background in software development lifecycle management, with experience as a Scaled Agile practitioner.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to foster innovation and excellence in the biotechnology industry.

Responsibilities include:

  • Technical Leadership & Architecture: Design, build, and maintain integrations between Veeva Vault - Clinical Operations and other applications.
  • Agile Management: Oversee the software development lifecycle using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Team & Talent Development: Develop and motivate the team, delegate effectively, and champion diversity.
  • Strategy & Compliance: Contribute to and define business outcomes, technology solutions, and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Doctorate degree, a Master's degree with 4-6 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of experience, or a Diploma with 10-12 years of experience in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience in people management and leading matrixed teams.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
