As a Tax Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of tax workpapers and returns for partnerships, corporations, and individuals.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparation of tax workpapers, tax returns for federal and state jurisdictions return.
- Prepare Federal and State tax returns for Corporate Taxation.
- Preparation of US Individual (1040) Taxation.
- Familiarity with Subchapter K rules.
- Ability to identify and research common tax issues that arise in client engagements.
- Identify key planning opportunities throughout the year and develop a framework for tax strategies that best align with client needs and goals.
- Assist in identifying and promoting the development of new delivery capabilities and/or channels to satisfy evolving market requirements.
- Support the team in the development and planning of practice strategy, objectives, and initiatives.
- Build on strong coaching skills to mentor key talent.
- Assist clients in implementing and maintaining accounting systems and processes.
