Job Title: Head of Financial Operations

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our financial operations and drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end accounting function (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, etc.).
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books of accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including tax laws and other applicable regulations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets for management.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
  • Establish and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and processes.
  • Provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making in collaboration with leadership.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in finance and accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and financial systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
