Desktop Support Professional

This role requires technical support for desktop computers, troubleshooting issues, and performing computer repairs. A Desktop Support Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Diagnosing hardware and software problems to efficiently resolve system downtime.
  • Resolving network connectivity issues to ensure seamless communication between devices.
  • Installing new equipment and peripherals to maintain optimal system performance.
  • Providing excellent verbal and written communication to end-users regarding technical solutions and best practices.
Key Qualifications
  • Technical support and troubleshooting skills with a focus on desktop computing.
  • Experience with desktop computer repair and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively troubleshoot complex technical problems.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely as part of a team.
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining IT solutions to drive business efficiency.
  • Certification in relevant IT fields is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
