Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced data engineer to join our team.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and operate data warehouses and data platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Python programming.
  • Background: Proven track record of 5+ years as a data engineer or experience working on data engineering projects/platforms.
  • Skills: Working experience with data pipelines & methodologies, SQL, and various databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
  • Distributed Computing: Good knowledge and experience in distributed computing frameworks like Spark.
  • Version Control: Experience with source code management systems like GIT.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud providers (e.g., AWS), containerization, and container orchestration frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes).
  • ETL Tools: Working experience with data warehouses & ETL tools.
  • Debugging: Capable of debugging sophisticated issues across various ETL platforms and databases.
  • DevOps: Experience with DevOps and tools such as Jenkins, Ansible.
  • Agile Scrum: Small- to mid-sized software development project experience, Agile Scrum experience a plus.

  • Experience Requirement: 5+ years.
  • Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree.
  • Travel Requirement: Up to 10%.
