Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and maintain robust data integration pipelines using Informatica IDMC (IICS).
  • Collaborate with data architects, analysts and business stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements.
  • Integrate data from diverse sources including databases, APIs and flat files.
  • Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability and reliability.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs and resolve data quality issues.
  • Implement data governance and security best practices.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data flows, transformations and architecture.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC (IICS) and cloud-based ETL tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
  • Knowledge of data modeling and metadata management.
  • Certification in Informatica or cloud platforms is a plus.
