Job Title: Data Architect

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of SQL, experience with ETL processes, and a deep understanding of data modelling and database performance tuning.

About the Role:

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex relational databases.
  • Write efficient and optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.
  • Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for data integration and transformation.
  • Design and implement data models (normalized and denormalized) for transactional and analytical purposes.
  • Monitor, maintain, and improve database security, integrity, and availability.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in database development and management.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and major RDBMS.
  • ETL tools including Azure Data Factory, Informatica PowerCenter, and Snowflake.
  • Data modelling concepts including star schema, snowflake, normalization.
  • Performance tuning and query optimization.
  • Version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with cloud-based databases.
