API Project Management Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead our R&D and pharma business projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver project goals and targets within desired timeframes.
  • Manage project constraints to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project deliverables.
  • Develop and implement project plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including R&D, regulatory, clinical, IPR, analytical R&D, operations, quality, and supply chain management.
  • Stay up-to-date with cGMP guidelines, SOPs, and relevant regulations.
  • Apply project management concepts and tools to monitor project progress.
  • Generate regular MIS reports as agreed upon.
  • Ensure QA and regulatory compliance in the pharma industry.

Required Qualifications:

  • 9-15 years of experience in program management.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field.

Personal Attributes:

  • PMP certification is beneficial.
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work individually and as a team player.

Preferred Candidates:

  • Experience in API program/project management in the pharma industry.
  • PMP certified individuals.
  • Flexibility for onsite work in Bangalore.
