Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Nutrition Program Manager to lead the development, evaluation, and management of nutrition-focused proposals and grants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strategic pipelines, developing RFPs, conducting budget assessments, engaging stakeholders, and managing end-to-end grant processes.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of public health nutrition principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve program objectives.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, grantees, and community members.
  • Conduct needs assessments, research, and analysis to inform program decisions.
  • Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve program goals.
  • Develop high-quality content, including reports, case studies, and concept notes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health Nutrition, Food and Nutrition Sciences, Community Health, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in public health nutrition, program development, research, and policy.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with philanthropy, grant making, and program evaluation.
