Experiential Travel Sales Strategist

Thrillophilia, a pioneering online platform for experiential travel, seeks an exceptional sales leader to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction. As a Team Lead - Sales, you will oversee and manage a team of sales executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales environment.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress, share updates, and resolve challenges.
- Sales Operations: Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into sales, focusing on both domestic and international travel packages. Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor travel packages according to customer preferences.
- Process Optimization: Implement and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track performance, and maintain accurate records.
- Target Achievement: Set, monitor, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with management to design and implement campaigns for lead generation and revenue growth.
- Experience: 4+ years in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a team lead or supervisory role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, Freshdesk, or similar platforms, ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary EstimateThe estimated salary for this role is ₹60,000 - ₹80,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
