Life Sciences Trainer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering structured training programs in life sciences to students, fresh graduates, and early-career professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering Training Sessions
    • Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on core life sciences topics such as molecular biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, pharmacology, biotechnology, and lab safety.
    • Teach both foundational concepts and industry-specific applications aligned with NSDC or relevant skill council guidelines.
  • Curriculum Implementation
    • Follow standardized training modules developed under the skill development program.
    • Customize content delivery based on the learning pace and educational background of students.
  • Lab Training and Demonstrations
    • Supervise and guide students in hands-on lab sessions related to pipetting, media preparation, microscopy, cell culture, PCR, chromatography, aseptic techniques, etc.
    • Ensure that lab equipment and materials are used safely and effectively.
  • Assessment and Feedback
    • Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress through quizzes, practical tests, assignments, and evaluations.
    • Provide constructive feedback to students, help them improve technical and soft skills, and guide them toward employment readiness.
  • Career Guidance and Mentoring
    • Counsel trainees on career options in the life sciences domain including pharma manufacturing, R&D, quality control, regulatory affairs, clinical research, and healthcare.
    • Help prepare candidates for interviews, resume writing, and workplace expectations.
