Sample pick up from various places.
- Follow sample transportation rules.
- Marketing of Polo laboratory.
- Any technical work assigned by department Head.
- Get familiarized with LQS documentation. Documentation should be done regularly as per SOPs.
- Participate in all training programs organized by Lab Management.
- Any other work assigned by the SIC from time to time.
- Adhere to laboratory’s disciplinary regulations.
- Ensure proper Housekeeping.
- Follow safety guidelines while working in the dept.
- Verifies patient by comparing name and lab. ID number on requisition
- Obtains blood specimens by performing venipunctures.
- Consistently draws blood properly using established laboratory procedures (i.e. proper patient identification, proper tube selection, etc.); rarely fails to obtain a blood sample on the first attempt.
- Verify and collect proper samples required for specific tests along with history.
- Keeps the Phlebotomy areas neat, clean, and well stocked with supplies.
- Greets patients in a courteous manner, responds to patients with empathy and positive interpersonal skills.
- Always wears lab coat (or approved apron / gown/gloves) and name tag.
- Manage proper stock of vials, needles, containers etc.
- Take feedback from patients.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
