We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to assist users of our IQdigit ERP system. The role involves providing exceptional support, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering training sessions to ensure effective use of our ERP solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Offer timely and efficient support to customers using IQdigit ERP.
- Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations to new and existing users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ERP system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address complex problems.
- Prepare and maintain documentation and training materials.
- Gather feedback from users to help improve product features and usability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in customer support or technical support roles, preferably in ERP systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of ERP systems and their functionalities.
- Experience with training and product demonstrations.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Presentation skills: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer support: 1 year (preferred)
- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
